Description
Wine Study: Modeling & Lighting For this project, I focused on realistic glass rendering and lighting. I modeled both the wine bottle and the wine glass entirely in Maya. Unlike my other assets, the texturing for these pieces was handled directly within Maya using advanced material shaders to capture the transparency and thickness of the glass. To achieve the final look, I utilized various HDRI environments to test how the reflections and refractions reacted to different backgrounds, ultimately selecting the setups that best complemented the composition.
